Kyle is a development and operations leader with an extensive background in building unique portfolios and managing non-traditional restaurant and retail operations for high-growth, venture-backed start-ups. Kyle is a career entrepreneur, who has been focused on the dynamic changes within the real estate and restaurant industries, accelerated by shifting consumer trends and the growth of food technology and last mile logistics. Over the course of his career, Kyle has held key leadership roles at several companies at the forefront of a shifting retail landscape.

Prior to joining AneVista, Kyle led real estate and operations for two high growth start-ups, CloudKitchens and Veho Tech. As an early employee at CloudKitchens, Kyle built and led a team of professionals who were responsible for the acquisition, design, construction and operation of ghost kitchen and ghost retail assets. During his tenure at CloudKitchens, Kyle was responsible for the company’s exponential growth across key U.S. markets, and delivering and managing a sizable percentage of the company’s portfolio. Kyle later joined Veho to build the company’s real estate capabilities and strategically scale Veho’s presence into high density markets across the U.S. by securing warehouses for the company’s last mile delivery operation.

Kyle has also consulted for multiple international on-demand grocery delivery companies, helping lead their U.S. expansion and operations by establishing a mission critical network of dark stores for e-commerce fulfillment.

Kyle holds an MS in Real Estate from DePaul University and a BA from Northwestern University. He is a licensed Illinois Managing Broker and an active member of ICSC.

Kyle and his wife live in Winnetka with their two young children and French Bulldog. In his spare time, Kyle enjoys skiing, watching Liverpool Football Club, traveling with his family, and investing in real estate and operating companies.
