CONE Development Program

CONE is a first of its kind, multi-tenant shopping center optimized for customer and third-party pickup, featuring a high-quality mix of national and regional “daily needs” retailers in quick service restaurant, convenience, package, dry cleaning, pharmacy, and micro-grocery.

For daily needs retailers who generate outsized revenue through off-premise sales channels (drive-thru, curbside pickup, take-out, home delivery, and catering), CONE presents a highly-scalable, next generation shopping center opportunity that facilitates superior operating and capital efficiency, while elevating experience for convenience-focused customers.

CONE projects are currently underway in five suburban Chicago-area communities, including Glen Ellyn, Hoffman Estates, Kildeer, Naperville, and Vernon Hills, with delivery expected between Q4 2024 and Q1 2025. Additional opportunities will be coming soon both locally and nationally.
